Fresno police department credit union is a family oriented financial organization providing quality service at competitive rates while being the primary financial institution and meeting the needs of our current and future members also maintaining financial stability and continued growth.
Membership Eligibility
Our original field of membership were officers of the Fresno Police Department. We have expanded to include the following:
Active FCEA City of Fresno Employees (Police Officers, Dispatch, etc.)
Retired Fresno Police Department Officers
Retiree and Active City of Fresno Employees who are members of the City Professional Association (FCPA), Fresno City Employees Association (FCEA) and Fresno Police Officers Association (FPOA)
Reserve Officers for the City of Fresno Police Department
Active Fresno Fire/Police Safety Airport Officers
Fresno City Chaplains
Citizens on Patrol Group (Active or Alumni)
Members of the Clovis Police Officers Association
Family members to include anyone related by blood, marriage, or legal act of the member

Account Opening Information
- Related to an Existing Member (referral form required- Signed by existing member)
- Please contact our branch or come in to obtain referral form
- No appointment necessary
- $30.00 Per Member
- $5.00 Membership fee (Per Member)
- $25.00 will be held in 01 Share to keep account open (Per Member)
- Valid Driver’s license, Valid Passport, CA ID
- 2nd form of ID (Badge, Valid Passport, CA ID, etc)
- Membership application must be filled out and signed in branch with member service representatives
- Non-Local/Unable to come into our branch: All signatures MUST be notarized along with copy of Valid ID’s
