It is illegal to consider the racial, ethnic, religious or national origin composition of a neighborhood or geographic area surrounding a housing accommodation or whether or not such composition is undergoing change, or is expected to undergo change, in appraising a housing accommodation or in determining whether or not, under what terms and conditions, to provide financial assistance.
These provisions govern financial assistance for the purpose of the purchase, construction, rehabilitation, or refinancing of one-to-four unit
family residence.

Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act
(UIGEA) Notice To Members:
In accordance with the requirements of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006, this notification is to inform you that restricted transactions are prohibited from being processed through your account or relationship with the Fresno Police Department Credit Union.
Restricted transactions are transactions in which a person accepts credit, funds, instruments or other proceeds from another person in connection with unlawful Internet gambling.
The UIGEA regulations do not define the term beyond the Act’s definition. Online state lotteries, horse racing, and fantasy football are not considered illegal under the statue.
